Start again each day!
Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote: “Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.”
Give yourself a new beginning each day. Let go of what happened and embrace your uncertain future. Start again, with gratefulness and courage. As Dr. Wayne Dyer said: “The state of your life is nothing more than a reflection of your state of mind.” Think what is best for you, think that you can try to change (again!); think of what is lacking in the world and what you can do to improve it.
So… give yourself a chance each new day. With small steps, with hesitation perhaps, with fears… but stretching out once more to the adventure, to hope, to growth. Keep trying!
