Inner transformations

Dr. Maxwell Maltz, a famous plastic surgeon, noticed that after his corrective or esthetic surgeries, most of his his patients continued living the way they were before the surgery, as if nothing had changed. He concluded that what a person thinks about himself is more important to the success of a patient that the actual surgery.

What do you do when you face criticism, do you hide in your shell like a turtle? Or do you choose to rise above the circumstances and negativity? What are the negative thoughts and attitudes that you need to eliminate from your life? What good thoughts about yourself do you need to install within yourself?

In the Bible, in 2 Corinthians 4:17 (NIV) we discover the following: “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.”

Even the difficult times we have lived in the past and even live today can be transformed into something of eternal value. But it depends on what we focus on, and which thoughts predominate in our mind. The transformation is always personal, and it depends only of each one of us. The improvement of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. Choose the best ones!
